Need Help?
Don't worry too much about sizing — we handle that for you by offering either our sizing kit or virtual sizer prior to ordering your nails if you do not already know your size. However, if your nails don't fit, we do offer free exchanges! Please note that return shipping costs are expected to be covered by the customer, and the nails must be returned in the condition they were sent out in.
Each and every set of nails is handmade, so please allow a generous amount of time for your order to be shipped out, ranging from 7–21 days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes about 2–4 business days.
Every order comes with a complimentary application kit that includes everything you need to apply your nails easily at home yourself for a salon-quality look. We also include an application guide inside every kit so you have easy-to-follow instructions every step of the way.
Our nails should last about 3–6 weeks if applied correctly. After you remove them or they come off on their own, you can re-wear them as much as you'd like — they're built strong for multiple uses!
